Vegan Fudge Brownies

These vegan fudge brownies are easy to make and result in a delicious and fudgy brownie.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips melted
- 1/2 tablespoons Vör aquafaba powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a double boiler over medium heat, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Stir until completely melted and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, you can also use a microwave for this step, alternating between 15 seconds on and mixing between heating until fully melted.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa, sea salt and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Gently mix the cooled, melted chocolate with the aquafaba, water and sugars. Once combined, follow with the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 22 minutes.
